Standard - $198/Year
Our Standard maintenance plan is recommended for any heating and cooling system over 6 months old.
One year plan and 2 service per year
21 Point Inspection of heating and cooling Equipment, Duct System and Insulation.
Check refrigerant levels
Clear and flush drain line
Testing of major components, safety devices and common wear and tear parts.
Vacuum return and furnace compartment
Clean debris from condenser bay and flush condenser drain holes
Ensure all electrical connections are tightly secured
Replace customer supplied air filter
Clean evaporator coil in place
Clean condenser coil (outside)
Extends life of system
Prevents stressful breakdowns

Advanced - $273/Year
The Advanced maintenance plan is the most valuable plan, recommended for systems over 1 year old.
One year plan and 2 service per year
28 Point Inspection of heating and cooling Equipment, Duct System and Insulation.
Add dielectric grease to high voltage and breaker connections
Pull blower assembly to remove dust and dirt buildup on blower wheel
Testing of major components, safety devices and common wear and tear parts, pressure and limit switches.
Replace all old electrical wire-nuts
Perform Static Pressure Test
Ensure all electrical connections are tightly secured
Remove rust buildup on fan motors and coils
Vacuum out dust and dirt buildup in furnace compartment
Wipe furnace compartment with antimicrobial solution
Replace customer supplied Air Filter
Check refrigerant levels
Vacuum return area, clean return air filter grille
Clear and flush drain system, add drain dissolve tablet to prevent algae and mildew build up
Rinse debris from condenser bay
